Placing an Order
Orders can only be placed through our website. After adding items to your cart, you’ll be guided through the checkout process, where you’ll enter your contact, shipping, and billing information. Please carefully review your order details — including selected products and shipping address — before clicking the “Place Order” button. A product listing on our website does not constitute a binding offer. When an order is submitted, we reserve the right to reject it for any reason, although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason for rejection. Order Confirmation and Contract
A purchase contract is only formed once you receive an official Order Confirmation email from us. Please review your Order Confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We are not responsible for any errors in the information you submit. By placing an order, you agree to receive the contract confirmation electronically via email. You will receive this confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, but no later than the time of shipment.

Returns Policy
Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from our customer service team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Packaging materials originally supplied by us should be stored appropriately to protect against damage — including, but not limited to, exposure to weather or forklifts. We are not responsible for any damage incurred due to improper packaging. Returns approved for credit may be subject to a service fee in addition to all related shipping charges. Credit will only be issued with written approval from an authorized representative. Credit requests must include the original invoice number and purchase date to be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and accepted, it may not be canceled unless written authorization is provided by Felicity Solar USA. Cancellations resulting from error or fault on our part may be exempt from this policy. If a cancellation is approved, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result, including but not limited to processing fees, restocking charges, and any non-refundable third-party expenses.

Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is covered under an approved warranty claim.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund: The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase; the item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition; the return must include proof of shipment; items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused.
How to Return Your Items
To request a return, please complete the contact form on our Contact page. A member of our Customer Service team will follow up with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. At that time, return shipping details will be discussed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is related to a verified warranty claim. Returns of undamaged batteries or products not covered under warranty may qualify for a full refund, minus a 30% restocking fee. Please repackage your item carefully. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure the item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. You may choose any reputable freight courier to return the item to our warehouse. We recommend that you retain proof of shipment and forward it to us. Once your returned item is received and passes inspection at our warehouse, we will begin processing your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card or PayPal). Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
