Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product. We guarantee that our products and their components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original shipping date. During this time, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts with new or reconditioned components at no cost to you. Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover 1) Any after-market modifications, alterations, or additions to the product; 2) Service or repairs that fall outside the scope of this limited warranty — the system owner is responsible for any associated costs; 3) Products manufactured by third parties, including third-party documentation, performance, or compatibility. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties: Except as expressly stated in this document, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, including 1) Any implied warranties of merchantability; 2) Fitness for a particular purpose; 3) Conformity to any representation or description. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage resulting from the use of — or inability to use — the product, except as expressly outlined in this warranty. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. These warranty terms are exclusive and override any other warranties, whether written or oral, express or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty in any way.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover & What Will We Do to Resolve the Issue?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair the product at no cost or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal value and condition. We will also cover any standard shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement. Any replacement product or part will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair—whichever is longer.

What Isn’t Covered

This warranty does not cover the following: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear; Misuse, improper handling, or use of the product outside of its intended purpose; Any malfunction or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect. Please do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself, as doing so will immediately void the warranty. Second-Hand Purchases

Products purchased second-hand are not eligible for coverage under our Limited Warranty or any extended protection plans. Warranties are non-transferable and become void once the product changes ownership. As such, we are unable to honor warranty claims or registrations for items purchased second-hand, regardless of their condition.
