Returns: Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from Felicity Solar USA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition. Customers must take reasonable care to maintain packaging materials provided by Felicity Solar USA and ensure that returned goods are properly protected from damage during transit — including, but not limited to, damage caused by forklifts, improper handling, or exposure to weather. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. However, if you no longer wish to keep the order after delivery, you may return it within 30 days, provided it is unopened and undamaged. Returned items will be refunded minus a 30% restocking fee. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Felicity Solar USA. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning shipment.
